The service was polite and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to help. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were very pleasant, light, and airy, with a smart design and an adequately sized shower. However, the room's location right in front of the entrance and lobby where people were constantly moving and talking could be a bit noisy at times.

From Matt, the owner, to Sofia, Laura, Jitka, and Raquel, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. They even checked if it was possible to move us, offered a discount, and provided full cancellation without penalty.
